We want to create a supporting community for women in tech and in other related fields. At Prodeva, you will get insprired by other sucessful females through their stories as well as their journey on how they get there. You can also post your story to inspire other people. Beyond that, you will get supported when you feel lost in your career by connecting to our professionals to tell them your story and listen to their advices. You can also choose to join our mentorship program where you will be match with a mentor who can assist you with everything you need to achieve your dream.
Education
Technology is one of the most popular field nowsaday. If you ever want to try learn to code, but you do not where to start, we got you! Prodeva provides crash courses for many different programming languages from which you can choose from. We will match you with a mentor to help you learn. We will also guide you from your first line of code to your fisrt sucessful project. Prodeva will have different topics from which you can choose to work on as your personal projects. Furthermore, you will also have an opportunity to work in group project to improve your collaborating skills and learn from the others.
Community
Prodeva helps you to connect to other females in your local, so you can build a real relationship out of our plaform. We will host monthly workshop where you will garther with other local female to make friends, study together, expand your network, and share career opportunity. Everything gets easy when you have some partners and a supporting community.

Personal Project is a great way to showcase the skills you have developed over the years. This project accentuates your approach to learning, and application of your major into an area or topic that interests you. It is an excellent opportunity to produce a truly personal and create a product/outcome to demonstrate a consolidation of your learning in the major/career path you are considering.
Throughout the mentorship program, you will have the opportunity to work in group projects and solve programs together. Prodeva will offer a diversity of topics that groups can choose to work on on a weekly basis. This is a great way to pool your ideas and see problems from different perspectives. The purpose of our group projects is to ensure that students have the opportunity to engage in critical skills for processing information, and evaluating and solving problems as well as management skills. Teamwork is one of the most vital components of your professional development.
